It works in the Cold! Rick Carnegy

I had noticed that on your site your other reviewer had talked about the garment helping him keep warm in the cold.  I had never tried wearing it in the cold because it did such a good job cooling me off in the heat I had assumed it would just make me colder in the cold temperatures.

 

Well, today I decided to test out how well it would do in 40 degree temps.  I wore the garment with only a T-shirt under my Olympia riding suit.  I didn't even put the liner in the Olympia riding suit to see just how well it would do. 
I was amazed at how comfortable I felt.  I was comfortable enough that I could have ridden all day at those temperatures. 

 

I rode with 10 other riders from my riding club and they all thought I was crazy when I had ice cream for desert at our lunch stop.  They were all cold riding with blue jeans and leather chaps, long sleeve shirts and leather jackets, while I was comfortable with just the garment and my Olympia riding suit. 
I've ridden in 50+ degree temperatures before in my Olympia riding suit with blue jeans and a T-shirt without the garment and wasn't quite as comfortable as I was today with just the garment and a T-shirt with temps in the 40's. 

 

I can't believe I have had this garment for well over a year and haven't been wearing it in the cold temperatures!   This truley is a all season garment! 

 

I'm sure you probably told me it would work well in the cold too, but it never registered until I read it on your website.  Now I am looking forward to riding with it in the cold!
