Becka Coolwear Base Layer in Blue/Black

Before purchasing I had a few questions and from the start Jim was most helpful. As soon as I took the suit out of the postpack I was impressed with the quality, far superior to a range of suits I have purchased over the years from many different parts of the globe. I have worn the suit at tracks days in 44 degrees centigrade and on social rides in 16 degrees and have been most impressed with the comfort. On those hot track days the lining of my leathers was kept dry yet Becka suit was virtually wet. As soon as I removed jacket, during rest periods, I could feel the cooling effect of the suit drying. There's a saying in Melbourne (Australia), "if you don't like the weather wait a few hours" - on 25th April as I rode onto the track for the first session the temperature at 9am was 2 degrees yet it didn't feel cold in the Becka suit; by noon it was 25 degrees and the suit was doing it's other job of wicking away my sweat admirably. So I got to test the warming and cooling in the space of a few hours. Most impressive! Another thing about which I am impressed, it still looks like brand new after 7-8 machine washes. A suit from a company now out of business, faded badly on first wash. I am advising all my riding friends to invest in a Coolwear suit. PS the pockets are handy.
